Major overhaul of GTA-4.
This is the closest thing to GTA 5 until its release. It was created with 5 simple goals.

4 All new cars (high quantity/detail but low resource cost)
5. You don’t need a supercomputer to screw up. (Any dual core GPU and 1GB V card will work fine. Suggested use = double the above to improve long range detail)
A little of what it contains.
-Fully updated version of the game. (1.0.7.0)
– texture packs (roads, buildings, safes, weapons, cloths, etc.)
– New cars. All cars replaced (from classic to 2013 models)
-Majestic Hotel Suit and over 20 others open around town for you to safely/retreat inside. All are marked on the radar/map.
-Most game textures have been redesigned to be more detailed
– Speedometer (KPH/MPH first person or third person driving)
– First person mod (shooting and driving)
– A massive mountain island with lots of road bridges and a new area to drive and explore. (There are tons of dirt/paved roads to drive and jump bigger than you ever imagined. Beaches and new boating areas, etc, etc, etc.)
– All game bugs from multiple mod conflicts have been fixed 100 percent.
-Built-in vehicle control module (released most realistic)
– Built-in ENB (no supercomputer required and easy to change)
-Built-in Native Trainer (has car clubbing device and many other features) F3
-Built-in car receiver (saves up to 50 cars full customization) F4
– Built in LCPDFR compatible and ready (for police missions) Alt+p
– Built-in ASI Loader (so you can easily add other mods)
– Built-in Script Hook (used to load modules)
-Built-in gas script (Gas stations are converted into real gas stations to fill up with gas. Built-in gas indicator under speedometer. Fill up with « X » while next to gas pump)
-New high Detailed mini map, large map and radar built in.
-Built-in car/taxi traffic fix (fixes missing textures and same cars issue)
– Compilation of the 5 best « LIFE Adding » mods. Real brands and companies. More people with proper AI/graphics. Time squared Modified to match the real thing.
– You will find many other things that are not game/tutorial breaking.
