After years of separation, the star-struck lovers discover that every road they’ve taken leads them back together
Scenario
Local rebellious teenager Clotaire falls in love with his schoolmate Jackie, but gang violence leads him down a darker, more destructive path. Malik Frick, who plays 17-year-old Clotaire in this film, was a world champion breakdancer at the age of 10. One of the characters wears a Rolex Daytona Ceramic in the 1990s, but the watch wasn’t released until 2016.

I really expected a lot from this movie 3 months in, and to be honest, I’m really disappointed with the script because it’s really bad and boring and you don’t expect it to finally and what kind of story will explain and happen like that. so it was a very good move and a great potential to get one of the best stories of the film industry, sorry! First of all, the script pitch is great, you have everything.
You expect the movie to resume when you see the old kids
to create such a good story to pay the audience, but unfortunately the way the script was handled badly by the scriptwriters… because the old period explaining the childhood, it’s nice but too long and you feel bored, so so many things happened and it’s very useful to show and explain, like 30 minutes to show the past will be great, but 1 hour and 15 minutes is too long!!! adults okay..
I thought the story would be better with ideas and it’s so disappointing that the dramatic scene wasn’t present enough very bad because it will be a great story !!!
note that nothing moves everything, it’s too slow, not so much action, then the main character could redeem his old problems, take revenge on all the people who betrayed him, but he didn’t … And about the script the two main actors that we love only play together for 20 minutes, it’s not enough for the movie to be very long 2h 40 minutes, and very bad because we expected more moments with these two actors, very bad … The direction, the soundtrack, the play of light and color make a team, these are the only good sides of the movie, as well as the nice acting from all the actors, but for me the very bad sides are that the script is very slow and also too slow.

because the alternative to some other ideas would be great, but it didn’t happen… Thanks to Gilles Lelouch for the great direction, but for the screenwriters and the different choices they made that killed the movie, even if this story is from a book and you can’t create the ideas you want…
